Position Overview:
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing social media strategies that align with Amazon's mission to be Earth’s most customer-centric company. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cohesive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Create engaging content across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize strategy.
- Engage with customers through regular interaction, responding promptly to inquiries and feedback.

- Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are maintained and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Lead the social media crisis management plan, ensuring brand reputation is protected during potential challenges.
- Train and mentor junior team members in social media best practices and strategy development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing or management.
- Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns and strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with social media metrics tools.
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
